Terrible customer service

I ordered this fragrance in July and received notice it was out of stock. They asked if I wanted refund or wait until restock. I asked for refund and never received it. I tried to reach out several times and had no response. I will never order from them again.

Yum!

A lovely blend of gourmand sugar cookies, warm vanilla and coffee, not too bitter and not too sweet. It's balanced very well.
