Q. Do you allow local pickup?
A. Local customers can email cs@ohiofragranceco.com to arrange an order pick up. We will give you a code for checkout.
Q. Do you offer free samples of fragrance oils?
A. At this time, we are not offering free samples; however, we do offer 2 oz sized bottles for you to test our fragrance oils before you purchase a larger sized bottle.
Q. Do you offer net (30) for business accounts?
A. At this time, all payments are due at time of purchase.
Q. How can I register for tax exempt with your company?
A. Please email cs@ohiofragranceco.com with your request.
Q. Can I use OFC's images and text for my own products?
A. We do not permit the use of our images and text for your use. Our images have been purchased through licensing or created by OFC. We do encourage you use our verbiage for reference and accuracy only when detailing your own products; we strongly recommend you use your own verbiage that fits your brand.
Q. I am missing items from my order what should I do?
A. Please email cs@ohiofragranceco.com within 10 days after you receive your order. Please send a picture of your packing slip and what item(s) are missing. We will not issue replacements after 10 days.
Q. Where can I find IFRA Compliance Certificates and SDS?
A. All product pages contain IFRA certificate links. You can find the complete list of IFRA compliance certificates for each fragrance oil under "Documentation." Please email cs@ohiofragranceco.com for any SDS and we will send it within one business day.
Q. Do you offer free samples of fragrance oils?
A. At this time, we are not offering free samples; however, we do offer 2 oz sized bottles for you to test our fragrance oils before you purchase a larger sized bottle.
Q. Are your fragrance oils cruelty free?
A. All our fragrance oils are 100% cruelty free.
Q. Are your fragrance oils phthalate free?
A. Most of our fragrance oils are phthalate free, but we do carry a small handful that have phthalates. To filter these out go to SHOP>FRAGRANCE OILS>PHTHALATE FREE.
Q. Where are your fragrance oils manufactured?
A. All of our fragrance oils are proudly manufactured in the United States.
Q. How do I know if a fragrance oil is skin safe?
A. Each fragrance oil will be marked "skin safe" or "not skin safe" under the fragrance information tab on each product page. You can filter out products that are not skin safe by going to SHOP>FRAGRANCE OIL>SOAP SAFE
Q. Why are my fragrance oils not filled to the top?
A. All fragrance bottles are filled by weight not volume. This means each bottle is put on a scale and filled until the scale reads the proper measurement.
Q. Why are my fragrance oils not the same levels?
A. Fragrance oils are filled by weight, not volume. Fragrance oils have different densities causing some to weigh more or less.
Q. Why did my fragrance oils arrive with crystals in the bottle?
A. During winter months when temperatures are cold, you may notice your fragrance oils have crystalized upon arrival, especially those with higher levels of vanillin. Crystallization is expected during colder temperatures and completely normal. Once your fragrance oils return back to room temperature, the crystals should disappear, and your fragrance oils will be ready to use.
Please note, products are shipping from northeast Ohio where it is cold during the winter months - really cold.
Q. Do you offer free shipping?
A. We offer free shipping on all orders over $125 to the lower 48 united states. Shipping will be calculated automatically during checkout.
Q. Do you offer international shipping?
A. We do not offer shipping internationally at this time.
Q. Who are your shipping carriers?
A. We ship ground with UPS and USPS.
Q. Can I pick my order up?
A. Yes. Please email cs@ohiofragranceco.com to arrange pickup and we will send you a code for checkout.
Q. When will my package arrive?
A. Our processing time are always listed in our announcement bar at the top of our website. Once the order has shipped, the shipping speed depends on the carrier.
Q. My order arrived damaged; can I get it replaced?
A. Please email OFC at cs@ohiofragranceco.com with photos of the damage. If there is no damage to the outside box, OFC will replace the order. If the box has been damaged in transit, you will need to file a claim with the shipping carrier. OFC is not responsible for damage caused by shipping carriers. We are responsible for leakage or damage caused by improper packaging.
Q. Can I upgrade my shipping to get my order faster?
A. Due to their contents, fragrance oils can only ship via ground. We cannot upgrade shipping.
Q. Do you accept returns or exchanges or offer refunds?
A. Due to our product's integrity, we do not allow returns or exchanges or offer any refunds unless a product is missing or damaged. See our Terms and Conditions for more information.
