Return Policy

Due to health and sanitary concerns and to protect the integrity of our products, all fragrance oils are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable. We strongly recommend purchasing the smallest sized bottle to test compatibility before purchasing a larger quantity.

 

Order Adjustments/Cancelling Orders

There is a fee of $5 to change or cancel any order after it is placed online. Once an order is being processed, it is unable to be modified. To ensure timely processing, we cannot guarantee that we can cancel or modify orders. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please email us immediately at hi@ohiofragranceco.com, and we will do the best we can to accommodate your request.

 

Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping on any order over $125 to the 48 contiguous United States only. This excludes AK, HI, GU, VI and PR. We ship to United States locations only - NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING. Our packages our shipped through USPS and UPS via ground only.

For orders under $125, shipping will be calculated during checkout and will be based on volume size, location and weight. 

We process orders on business days only (Monday-Friday) We update our announcement bar with current processing times, but usually orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days. 

We are not responsible for any errors made on your billing or shipping address. Please double check to make sure all information is correct. If an order is unable to be delivered and is sent back to us due to an error on the address, the buyer will be responsible for the charges to have the order reshipped.  

 

Lost/Delayed Package

Once a package has left our facility, it is no longer the responsibility of OFC. Please contact the shipping provider for help with any lost or delayed packages. 

 

Items Missing/Incorrect Item

Please report any missing or incorrect items to Ohio Fragrance within 5 days after receiving your order. We may require proof of error. After 5 days, we may not be able to correct the issue.

For items missing: please completely unpack everything inside the box before emailing us regarding a missing item; sometimes fragrance oils can be hidden in the packing peanuts.

 

Damaged Product in Transit

We triple check that our orders are packages safely and securely. If your order arrives damaged or with leakage, please email us a photo of your product(s) and packaging to cs@ohiofragranceco.com. Please include your order number and we will assist you with returns or refunds regarding your damaged products. We will only issue replacements for leakage or damage due to improper packing. If your package was damaged in transit, you will need to file a claim with the shipping carrier.

 

Fragrance Oil Information

Fill lines may vary. All containers are filled by weight not volume.

Avoid direct contact with skin.

Store in a dark, cool area. Shelf life for these products is around two years.

Disclaimer: The maximum usage rate amounts for our fragrance oils are in compliance with IFRA standards and are provided for safety; they are not meant to serve as suggested usage amounts. It is up to the purchaser to determine the proper usage amount for desired product integrity, while staying under the safety maximums. Purchaser will assume liability for injury, damage, loss or expense for improper use of these products.

 

Fragrance Oil Crystallization

During winter months when temperatures are cold, you may notice your fragrance oils have crystalized upon arrival, especially those with higher levels of vanillin. Crystallization is expected during colder temperatures and completely normal. Once your fragrance oils return back to room temperature, the crystals should disappear, and your fragrance oils will be ready to use.

Please note, products are shipping from northeast Ohio where it is cold during the winter months - really cold!
