So disappointed

I placed an order on July 20th and only half of the order was received. After sending several emails that have gone ignored, I still have yet to receive a refund or the remainder of my order. Very unprofessional, very unresponsive, very disappointing especially since one of their scents was a top seller for my candle business. Would never recommend this company or use them again.
