Omg I love sage and this scent is that and more I love it I have used it to make body spray and candle and both are amazing.. You most get Music festival as well is beautiful scent

Didn't send my full order and didn't respond to multiple messages about resolution

I placed an order for five fragrance oils about a month ago. When I received my order, one was missing and the packing slip had it circled and it said, "Short!" I emailed customer service to inquire what the plan was for my missing item - if you would be refunding the amount or sending the item later? I didn't receive any response, nor did I receive a response to my follow-up emails. This is very disappointing because I had purchased in the past and have really liked all of the fragrances from you, but I won't be purchasing again.
