In-house candles tested in IG 6006 soy/paraffin wax blend and soy 464; further testing is recommended for your own product line.

Didn't send my full order and didn't respond to multiple messages about resolution

I placed an order for five fragrance oils about a month ago. When I received my order, one was missing and the packing slip had it circled and it said, "Short!" I emailed customer service to inquire what the plan was for my missing item - if you would be refunding the amount or sending the item later? I didn't receive any response, nor did I receive a response to my follow-up emails. This is very disappointing because I had purchased in the past and have really liked all of the fragrances from you, but I won't be purchasing again.
