Is this supposed to be a Stormy Nights Dupe it's floral ?

I ordered Storm Watch and received smoked vanilla whiskey instead. I waited anxiously for Storm Watch to arrive thinking it was water, citrus and sea salt as that's how it is described. I received a lovely floral scent, yep very floral! It is very similar to Stormy Nights Heather, Hyacinth and Green Vines. Is this the right scent, it is not like it is described? I do not get any Storm Watch notes my customer requested. This floral scent is lovely but it is not Storm Watch.
